Emergency Food Assistance
Weekly food hampers built around fresh produce, pantry staples and household basics. Delivered by volunteers or collected from the pantry at 65 Church Street.
Our Work
Our conference runs six ongoing programmes in Bradford. Some are weekly and predictable; others respond to whatever a neighbour walks in with — an eviction notice, a broken furnace, or simply no one to talk to.

Members visit in pairs, by appointment, to listen and to pray together if the household would like that. Many visits continue long after the immediate need is met.
One-off grants toward heating and hydro arrears, a rent shortfall, prescriptions, baby supplies or a bus pass for medical appointments.
In December we deliver full Christmas hampers with a turkey, fresh vegetables and gifts for every child in the household.
Each August we supply backpacks, lunch bags and school supplies so children start September ready, without the family budget being stretched.
When a problem is larger than we can meet, we help neighbours find the right agency, fill in the forms and follow up until something moves.
Asking for Help
You can call us yourself, or a friend, family member, neighbour or parish worker can call on someone's behalf — with their permission. We do not ask for proof of income and we never turn a request into paperwork.
Call (647) 514-3094 or send a message from the contact page. Leave a number we can reach you on.
A volunteer calls back, usually within two working days, to agree a time to visit or deliver.
The hamper got us through the month, but it was the visits I remember. Someone knew my name and kept coming back.
